The recipient of a prestigious Florence Nightingale Foundation Scholarship on international approaches for reducing and eliminating restrictive practices she is widely published on topics including behaviour support, risk assessment, disability and restraint reduction and elimination. An experienced keynote speaker Sharon has spoken at international conferences and events in the past 24 years. Our small team includes qualified and experienced practitioners from the field of nursing, health, education, social work and community services.
